Shopee's hyper-growing business scale has transformed most "innocent" problems into huge technical challenges, and there is no better place to experience it first-hand if you love technologies as much as we do. **About the Team**: - Shopee will be prioritising applicants who have a **current right to work in Singapore**, and **do not require Shopee sponsorship of a visa.** The Shopee Engineering Infra team is responsible for the computing, storage, and network infrastructure and services of Shopee's entire business line, and provides a variety of middleware products and services for the Shopee product development team, including elastic computing, traffic gateways, load balancing, distributed cache, NoSQL storage, object storage, message queues, databases, data subscriptions, ServiceMesh, logs, monitoring, security services, etc. We explore and try the most cutting-edge Internet technologies, challenge the best architecture design and implementation, and always accept the test of massive Internet users.Our Shopee Tech Services (STS) provides the following solutions: - Gateway Solution: - Supports various protocols (such as HTTP, TCP, WebSocket) and offers a wide range of features including authentication integration, protocol conversion, security integration, server push, and more - Middleware Solution: - Cache: Build unified solution for accessing the cache layer, and guaranteeing cache consistency and high availability. - MQ: Build SDK and framework that facilitate the use of message queues, and unified data pub/sub platform to ease the data subscription by all teams. - Common Libs: Maintainers and drivers of multiple Shopee unified libraries used by all BE teams, such as Unified Resilience Library, DLock, TCC and more. - Service Mesh Solution: - Spex is a microservice platform that provides multiple functions, such as service registration and discovery, service governance and traffic management, etc. - Responsible for the quality assurance and version iteration testing of STS products to ensure the quality of the online version; - Responsible for product performance testing and standardisation construction, and customise and improve the standardisation of performance scenarios and implementation plans according to different product characteristics and user needs; - Participate in online stability construction, be able to analyse and discover the weaknesses of service stability and high availability, and conduct drills based on actual business scenarios to ensure the implementation of product stability solutions; - Responsible for test environment construction optimization and quality promotion work (defect tracking, online probleM/Fault analysis improvement, version quality analysis, etc.); - Explore and implement test methods and test tools suitable for STS products to improve overall test efficiency and quality. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher - 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance for distributed systems - Experience in at least one area: automation, performance, or stability testing - Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, Java, or C++ - Strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities; demonstrate a sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude - Fluency in English as a working language - Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions: - (1) Experience in using related products;- (2) Experience in large Internet companies, middleware or gateway testing experience;
