Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
- Process Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSAs)
- Liaise with Sales Consultants / financial institutions / Pre owned department with regards to all vehicle sales-related matters, including used car vehicles, loan arrangements, deposits, balance payments, etc.
- Check & prepare all documentation for registration / transfer of vehicles, transfer of TCOEs, PARF / COE papers, vehicle registration numbers, renewal of road tax, etc.
- Prepare simple sales quotations.

Invoicing
- Prepare all documentation related to vehicle sales-related matters, including tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Follow-up for payment with financial institutions / Used Car Dealers

Reporting
- Prepare & update all periodic reports.

Others
- To support management and peers in projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
