Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization on a daily basis
- Follow standard procedures and policies in all work-related activities
- Manage cashiering, order taking, and delivery coordination duties
- Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness in the cafe at all times
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer requests
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred
- Proficient in using computers to process online orders or delivery platform orders
- Willing to work in shifts and be available for overtime as needed
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills, with at least basic proficiency in English
