It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting dedicated and passionate individual to join us as Trainee Designer, Beverage for our Singapore Nourish Taste division. Reporting to a Design Director, Beverages, the role will work closely with the commercial counterparts on proactive, customer reactive project.

**Your Focus**
As Trainee Designer, Beverage you will develop basic business knowledge & technical skills to become a Designer professional through orientation, training & Mentorship. Provide assistance to the Design team under supervision.
How you will contribute:
1. Work on assigned task under guidance
2. Learn and understand co-ordination for incoming projects
4. Learn flavor bank, flavor language, ingredients, sensory evaluation and selection techniques for product concept, design work and in relevant project end use
5. Assist in recipe/formulation and processing for prototype preparation
6. Ensure developments are in compliance with the regulatory, religious and customer requirements (GRA legislation, CIU, etc)
8. Introduction and able to operate in IFFman, Catalyst, labelling system
10. Provide technical assistance to customer when required
11. Safe and Hygienic operations of all Beverage pilot plant and processing equipment.
12. Ensure that the laboratory is kept in a safe, clean, good maintenance, hygienic work condition always
13. Always maintain a good stock of raw materials and consumable items

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Diploma / Degree in Food Science or equivalent.
- Minimally 2 years of relevant experience. Beverage industry would be an advantage.
