As a valued partner to startups, corporations, universities and public organizations, German Entrepreneurship shapes the future by empowering innovation. Targeted programs like German Accelerator, Scaler8, the EU-India Innocenter, Master Accelerator and Scale-up.NRW address European and international startups as they transition into the world’s most thriving economies.

Since 2008, the German Entrepreneurship team has guided more than 1,000 startups with its global network of experts - including German unicorns like Flixbus and Celonis. Over 500 innovation projects, ranging from innovation coaching to corporate accelerators, were successfully completed on behalf of DAX-listed and medium-sized enterprises.

We offer a hands-on traineeship programme working with our Marketing team to support startup founders as they prepare to scale internationally. The traineeship will provide insights into cross-border entrepreneurship and an opportunity to grow within the company.

We are looking for a trainee who is keen to immerse him
- or herself in the vibrant startup and corporate innovation ecosystem in Singapore and Germany.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Help to prepare presentations and programme/marketing collaterals
- Assist in planning and monitoring of marketing/promotional activities (e.g. social media campaigns, direct mail, blog/web)
- Assist in content writing, e.g. capturing success stories and insights of our founders
- Assist with database management of startups, VCs, corporates and other partners (Hubspot)
- Research on industry trends and events in Germany and Singapore
- Work closely with the team to strengthen our network, which includes government partners, corporates, startup multipliers, and innovation agencies
- Support to organize and execute events (webinars and in-person) for scouting and community building
- Operational and administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ideally marketing background or taken marketing and entrepreneurship modules
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for design, flair for writing, detail-orientated
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and bring in new ideas
- Confident and able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn and improve
- Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
