Regional Demand Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the product life cycle planning across the different businesses.
- Works with Marketing, Project Leaders, Regulatory and Country planners to drive end-to-end planning from demand phasing, forecast adjustments to inventory planning to end-of life.
- Track and ensure system master data is updated according to the product life cycle strategy.
- Support country escalations as needed on supply commitments. Ensure approved orders are placed accordingly.
- Document and activate stock reservation process, when necessary, in the various countries to ensure stock are reserved for country migration.
- Track migration and registration timeline, work with Global partners on the production phasing date.
- Provide quarterly scrap projection due to discontinuation, follow through to ensure scraps transaction are carried out in the system according to the deadline.
- Establish and track the supply chain planning activities or work plan, ensure the project key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Work with Power BI super users on data validation and fix data discrepancies. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to automate the manual reports.
- Co-ordinate with country SCM, provide regional supply chain progress update, drive execution, and escalate major issues or roadblocks.
- Work closely with Country Planners and provide guidance as required.
- Attend meetings and prepare reports to track the various KPI measurements, highlight any potential risks.

**Our Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in Business / Supply Chain
- Relevant Experience: Demand Planning and Inventory planning with SAP and APO knowledge. Has good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain network.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled at influence without authorities, able to drive for results and represent region in global forums
- High learning agility and a good team player
- Strong Analytical Skills plus working knowledge on project management
