**Job Summary**:

**Project Leadership**:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

**Collaboration and Partnerships**:

- Engage with startups, research institutions, and industry experts to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Represent Company at conferences, workshops, and industry events, sharing insights and building networks.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners to enhance project outcomes.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Develop solutions in key sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular Economy, and Well-being.
- Conduct research and development activities to create innovative and sustainable technologies and practices.
- Contribute to patent filings and the development of intellectual property.
- Publish white papers and present findings at conferences to contribute to the body of knowledge in sustainability.

**Information Security Management System (ISMS) Compliance**:

- Maintain confidentiality of information received, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, or personal.
- Take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Yokogawa’s assets and information.
- Implement necessary measures to ensure the security of company information and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in sustainability areas such as Net Zero, Circular Economy, and Well-being.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging with startups, research institutions, and industry experts.
- Demonstrated ability to represent an organization at industry events and build professional networks.
- Knowledge of information security practices and experience in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and Research collaborations.
- Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
- Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry projects.
- Experience in New ventures, Small business growth, Start ups is a plus.
- Engineering background experienced in Sensing, Controls, Automation, Optimization & Manufacturing Processes
