**Your role**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager strong in PMO skills to join our major regulatory remediation program aimed at uplifting our existing client’s Source of Wealth (“SOW”) for GWM Hong Kong and Singapore. The PMO for the KYC Remediation Program plays a critical role in supporting the execution and success of a large-scale regulatory initiative. This role is responsible for maintaining governance standards, and execution discipline across the program. The PMO will also actively contribute to identifying and driving process improvements, managing go-to-green recovery plans, and ensuring that risks and issues are properly tracked and mitigated.

**Your team**
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, standards, and reporting protocols. Maintain centralized documentation for program artifacts including charters, workplans, RACI matrices, and change controls. Support program steering committee preparations, including materials, status updates, and action tracking.
Establish Project Tracking & Reporting mechansim: Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple workstreams. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies in a timely and structured manner.
Execution Go-to-Green Planning: Support Program Manager to Identify at-risk or off-track initiatives and collaborate with workstream leads to define practical go-to-green plans. Ensure accountability for recovery plan execution and track progress to closure.
Lead Process & Efficiency Improvements actions: Analyze project execution patterns and pain points to recommend improvements to project management tools, workflows, or reporting cadence. Contribute to lessons-learned exercises and embed continuous improvement practices into the remediation lifecycle.Support change management efforts as new process enhancements are rolled out.

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in a PMO, program analyst, or project management role within financial services
- Familiarity with KYC/AML remediation programs and regulatory obligations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across business and technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in driving governance adherence and managing go-to-green plans
