**Responsibilities**:
You will have to provide leadership and direction on the hospital's corporate services' namely corporate development department and Special Projects. You will assist CEO to define, review and communicate the hospital's strategic directions, goals and plans. You will also have to achieve strategic goals and objectives to ensure the overall success of Ren Ci in its provision of the community care services is in line with the hospital's strategy.
- Assist CEO with the planning, development and implementation of the hospital’s strategy (5 years plan) in line with the organization’s vision and mission.
- To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and review the Department’s strategies and workplans, with a view to deliver better value to patients and staff.
- To assist CEO to establish a Value framework to guide the strategic implementation of Value Driven Care in the organization.
- Drive process improvement and other special projects such as Business Continuity Plan (BCP) etc.
- Ensures that all statutory requirements and best practice relating to corporate governance are complied with.
- Responsible for annual workplan, budget, sustainability and staff engagement of the department.
- Other duties assigned by CEO.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any disciple, preferably in healthcare related field
- At least 10 years of healthcare working experience
- Experience in planning and management are required
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong decision making, action planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, work and strive in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organization development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
