Prepare shop DWS / model from tender drawings.
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as built status by using BIM Modelling, Auto CAD, Revit.
- Prepare and control Drawings Documents for all site.
- Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
- Manage and schedule for all site drawings production.
- Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
- To coordinate M&E services model with drafting team.
- Manage team for all drawings schedule submission.
- Prepare authority submission drawing for LP.
- Prepare drawing for VO works and closely work with QS team.
- Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments, as necessary.
- Prepare as built DWG / model.
- To prepare material quantity and control based on construction model by using BIM software.
- Maintain drawing / quality production and manage team.
- Produce hard copies drawing to site and explain.
- Closely work with PM and manage the drafter team.
- To coordinate with site team and take responsibility for all production drawing for construction.
- Organized, responsible, good team player, initiative and positive work attitude.
- Good project management skills and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadline and do overtime (if necessary)
