Unifiedcomms is looking for motivated and curious individuals to join us as **Associate Engineers**. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or those with a basic understanding of IT systems who are excited to learn and grow in a real-world tech environment.

You’ll be part of a supportive technical operations team, where you'll gain practical experience in project implementation, system support, and customer interaction—all while being guided by experienced professionals.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist in coordinating, setting up and commissioning of IT/Telecom projects.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including scheduled 24x7 standby rotations.
- Help with basic system administration tasks like backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support demo setups and testing of new tech solutions.
- Generate simple reports for customer and internal use.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Singaporeans and PRs only.
- Higher Nitec, or Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Engineering, or relevant certification in a related field.
- Understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Willingness to learn, solve problems, and work in a team.
- No prior work experience needed - just a good attitude, a good interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to grow

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required)**
- Familiarity with hardware (servers, routers, switches).
- Basic exposure to scripting, firewalls, or cloud services.
