**Who we are**:
Game7 is one of the biggest player in Web3 Gaming. Our mandate is to support Web3 Gaming through Grants, Investments, Tooling and Engineering support. The biggest problems expressed by game developers in the Game7 Developer Report were related to community management, community engagement and the creation of a dedicated playerbase. To help solve these problems, Game7 has developed Summon.

**About** Summon**:
Summon is specifically designed to address the problem of community management, community engagement, dedicated playerbases and the problems associated with DAO Governance. Summon uses game design principles to create informative, engaging and fun community interactions. Summon clearly describes how members can contribute or engage with their favorite community while earning rewards and reputation. Summon makes belonging to a community fun.

**You will help us**:

- Design new user experiences and features for Summon.
- Design fun Summon tasks. Tasks are community objectives.
- Design rewards and earned reputation for the completion of tasks.
- Define and document all the tasks a community may find meaningful.
- Measure and create user metrics around the completion of tasks.
- Aggregate similar tasks into Quests to achieve specific objectives.
- Design progression systems that encourage the completion of tasks and track the completion of tasks.
- Research and Identify dependencies needed for the completion of tasks.
- Build roadmaps, OKR’s, KPI’s and release plans around the amazing tasks you’ve designed.
- Build backlog of tasks that need to be built in a PM tool such as Monday, AirTable or ClickUp.
- Add task details such or ordering, rewards and completion requirements to the task backlog.

**Your craft**:

- +4 years of Product Management experience.
- +2 years of Product Design or Game Design experience.
- +4 years of experience building product roadmaps, OKR’s, KPI’s and release plans.
- +4 years of experience managing product release cycles.
- +4 years using Project Management tools such as Monday, AirTable or ClickUp.
- You have Game LiveOps experience.
- You have experience designing, developing or managing products that target communities.
- You have community management or community engagement experience.
- You have strong opinions about poorly designed games or products and bad user experiences.
- You live and breathe well design process and frictionless work flows.
- You can demonstrate the ability to ship beautiful products and meet deadlines.
- You posses the ability to write clean documentation, reports and roadmaps with an attention to detail.
- You’re a flowchart guru who simplifies complex process in their sleep.
- You’re an expert with time management and prefer working autonomously.
- You posses a team spirit and strong communication skills.

**Extra credit**:

- You have commercial game design experience or have built your own game.
- You have commercial game production experience.
- You have managed teams of Product Managers or Product Designers.
- You have experience designing progression systems in games.
- You’ve have more than 1000 hours in any multiplayer game.
- You’re a nerd who loves the idea gamifying real life.
