It’s hard to put a price on driving human progress, but when you’re operating in a competitive business environment, you need innovative pricing strategies. Our Pricing team within Sales Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies.

We conduct research and pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell Technologies maintains a competitive market position.

Join us as a Server Pricing Senior analyst on our Sales Operations team in Singapore or Japan to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Pricing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize sales and ensure long-term profitability goals are met. You will research trends in the market and perform pricing analyses to keep pricing programs aligned with strategic and revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Server pricing leader in developing pricing strategy; analyze growth areas and opportunities to balance profitability with growth targets
- Supports the list at launch of new models or products
- Balance direct market pricing with channel pricing. Support the development of pricing for channel competitive configurations that will maximize sales out and profitability
- Applies broad knowledge of company Pricing and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging profit/growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- Exhibits strong collaboration within team / work group
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a timely manner
- Strong analytical skills

Desirable Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing from premier institute
- Good data analysis experience
- Experience in Power BI, building Macro and automation
