**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules.
- Define work scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure realistic scheduling.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials in alignment with the schedule.
- Identify critical path activities and allocate resources to avoid delays.
- Track daily/weekly progress against the schedule.
- Prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast future progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Chair planning meetings and provide schedule updates and risk assessments.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Conduct time impact analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims if necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of schedule versions, baseline programs, and updates.
- Ensure the schedule aligns with contract requirements and project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction planning or scheduling (site experience is a plus).
- Strong Excel and report writing skills.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and methods (civil, structural, architectural, or MEP).
