Singapore KIDZ OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking to employ an Office Manager responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly. This involves overseeing administrative support, handling administrative procedures, ensuring safety guidelines are met, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policy and streamlining the office workflow processes in order to maximise efficiency and productivity.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Review, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to facilitate office efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with health/safety and Covid-19 regulations
- Handle licensing, membership accreditation with relevant agencies and adherence to government procedures and regulations e.g. Ministry of Health - Allied Health, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists, etc
- Oversee day-to-day operations of administrative staff
- Oversee recruitment, training and orientation of new employees
- Handle staff leave approval and management
- Generate reports to review and validate employees’/contractors’ monthly salary
- Handle petty cash and expense claim management
- Organise and manage company events and activities
- Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, workspace allocation, building and office access card etc
- Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment for uninterrupted function, source and manage vendors
- Work closely with IT Services to handle purchase of hardware, software, office equipment and keep track of relevant applicable grants
