**Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan work execution schedule
- To establish manpower and equipment to execute work
- To monitor and inspect piping activities
- To follow-up on piping work progress
- To liaise with client's Piping Supervisor
- To ensure sub-contractors carry out the work as planned
- To ensure activities are carried out accordingly to specifications
- To ensure activities are performed in accordance to the specifications in the isometric drawings and drawn-up punch lists
- To ensure documentation are in order so that hydrotests can be proceeded as planned
- To check that test plans are rationalized.
- To ensure activities are carried out to correct drawings
- To nominate field welds for spools
- To ensure all inspection works as required by specification are carried out
- To ensure electrode control procedure is complied
- To ensure correct welding procedure is used and practiced
- To coordinate with other suppliers/contractors to ensure smooth flow of construction works
- To ensure clients' relevant info is received and advised accordingly
- To help monitoring info systems such as TMIS, PWIS, etc
- To assist Site Admin on relevant issues on documents such as accidents on manpower control
- To advise managers on under/over staffing issues
- To attend meeting with clients and managers
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management

**Requirements:
- 'A'/'O' Level or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries
- Preferably good in both written and spoken English
- Good technical competence
- Good organising skills
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Isometric drawings, General Arrangements and P&IDs
