**About the role**:This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of inventory and logistics matters between internal departments and external supply chain partners, as well as supply planning activities and stocking at optimal levels for our business units in Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for smooth coordination of inventory & logistics matters between internal departments and external supply chain partners.
- Liaise closely with forwarders and warehouse on all shipment details and manage shipment discrepancies and damages in tandem with supply planning team.
- Manage regular stock reconciliation, adjustments and destruction with warehouse and virtual locations in system.
- Manage supply planning processes and systems to develop effective supply plans and stocking at optimal levels.
- Prepare supply chain reports for management review.
- Support inventory obsolescence reviews and continuous improvement projects as required.

**Profile & Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years of supply chain management in consumer goods or book publishing environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across multiple functions and with external parties.
- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Competent in MS Office. Experience with Oracle is an advantage.
