Senior Development Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Architecture & Design**: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of software systems, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, other developers, and QA engineers, to deliver features and resolve technical issues.
- **Code Quality & Best Practices**: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices for software development.
- **Testing & Debugging**: Write unit tests and ensure proper test coverage. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the engineering team.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- **Experience**:5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), data storage, and caching solutions.
