Singapore INDEX-COOL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and update information and filling of employee personnel record and database
- Monitor employees attendance and update overtime record
- Assist to process monthly payroll by using Info-Tech system
- Assist to prepare monthly HR report
- Assist in company welfare events
- Maintains company organization chart and employee directory
- Liaise with insurance company on staffs insurance and claims Perform other HR/ Admin and ad-hoc project duties when required

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean or SPR’s Holder may apply
- Min 2 year of relevant HR experience
- Proficient in English
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource/ Business or equivalent
- Able to multi task and able to work independently and in a team
- Able to start work within a short notice

Work Location : Tuas Avenue 8

Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) 8.30am to 12.30pm (alternate Saturday)
