Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. This role also engages in store innovation and productivity initiatives as well as handles order fulfilment process for customers in the store in order to drive seamless customer experience across sales channels.
1. Achieve Sales
- Close Sales
- Keep abreast of product information
- identify the needs of walk-in customers and provide advice on product selection
2. Deliver service excellence
- Demonstrate service vision
- Project a positive and professional image
- Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile service
- Respond to service challenges
- Cultivate customer relationship and build customer rapport to build brand loyalty
3. Deliver operational excellence
- Perform stock control operation
- Handle merchandise display
4. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min Nitec in Retail Services or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in retail or jewellery.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
- Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
