**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Distillation & Operations Manager to oversee our gin manufacturing process, lead the production team, and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing the distillation processes, ensuring production quality, overseeing equipment, and managing operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Distillation Management**:

- Oversee the entire distillation process from start to finish, ensuring the production of high-quality spirits.
- Innovate and refine recipes using local botanicals, showcasing our heritage and commitment to authenticity.
- Schedule and oversee production to meet targets, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, demonstrating a diligent and thoughtful approach to meeting and exceeding standards.

**Operations Management**:

- Manage logistics, inventory, and storage to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of distillery equipment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and operational integrity.
- Optimize production and operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and mentor the production team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in distillation or a related field, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- A passion for craft spirits and a deep appreciation for the cultural heritage of Singapore.
- Strategic thinker with a talent for process improvement and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage authentically with all stakeholders.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
