**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Warehouse / Delivery Assistant will be responsible for the packing, loading and unloading of goods according to the standard company’s guidelines. You will also assist to conduct stock count as and when required by the Warehouse Manager.
- To assist in loading and unloading the goods to the loading bay every morning
- To assist in picking and packing of goods to the branches
- To ensure the picking standard strategy first in first out (FIFO), i.e. picking by shelf life expiration
- To counter check and sign for the items ordered by branches with your buddy
- Make sure goods are being packed according to bin location followed by pack size, flavor/colour.
- Make sure that goods are being packed into cartons in an orderly manner, each carton must be fully utilized
- To help out in pre-packing items for external/internal customer order
- To update the admin personnel of bin location for new products or relocating of goods (minimize into two location per item)
- To maintain work areas clean, neat and organised to be able to facilitates order fulfillment and easy restocking
- Conduct stock counts every 4 months or as and when required by the Warehouse Manager
- To assist in shifting of goods where necessary
- To assist in doing deliveries with the Delivery driver
- Goods receiving
- Shifting and re-arrangement of goods according to Superior
- Picking and packing of items according to the client's order.
- Labeling and repacking of items.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Min. GCE “N” or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years or more related experience and / or training
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in warehouse inventory management
