**Analyst, Product Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual and semi-annual fund reports for Singlife ILP Sub-funds.
- Assist in the onboarding of new fund house partners and collaborating with internal teams (eg. Investment Office, Finance Legal, Compliance) to finalize policy contractual wordings, agreements and ensuring that documents are signed off by relevant parties accordingly as required in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documents to relevant authorities, as well as internal product committees for fund notification/approvals.
- Coordinate preparation of due diligence requests from fund houses.
- Support product pre-launch and post-launch activities, including marketing collaterals, launch events, operational and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate Fair Dealing due diligence to determine suitable customer segments, appropriate distribution channels and compensation, compulsory/non-compulsory training or tests and name of fund.
- Participates in fund services activities which include fund changes and fund notification.

**Requirements**:

- Have a good understanding of requirements and processes involved for funds onboarding and maintenance.
- Develop good stakeholder management skills, as well as project management skills
- Improve communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Education and Experience Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Possess communication and inter-personal skills
- Quick and positive learner, and is analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in insurance industry or having certain level of products knowledge is preferred.

**Education**
- Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Economics/ Actuarial/ Mathematics is preferred.
