**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

1. Assist the Supervisors to achieve various production target and the ice-cream mix are produce according to standard.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

2.1 Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA’s regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.

2.2 Ensure the Ice-cream mix are produce according to standard and requirement.

2.3 Strict Control and monitoring of the mixing, pasteurization, ageing and cleaning in place procedure.

2.4 Raw Material processing for ice-cream production.

2.5 To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the management.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS**

3. Minimum “O’ level and above.

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**

4. Have use or some knowledge of the HTST process and equipment.

**ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS**

5. Manufacturing environment, warm and cold temperature.
