We are looking for a** Master Panel Trainer **to join our Competency Development team in Neste Singapore.

Purpose of the job is the quality assurance of the delivered skill training (panel) between the four shifts and the relevancy of tasks in the panel learning path. Panel master trainer’s job is to lead simulator development work and to ensure the simulation scenarios reflect the actual operating practices. Panel master training is responsible for coaching and training shift trainers, and assessing and recording the results of the Shift Technicians final competence verifications with simulators and L2O.

**Your part in Neste journey**

Your main responsibilities include
- Overall responsibility over the skill development path of panel certification program and processes: quality assurance between the 4 shifts, relevancy of scenarios in the learning path
- Overall responsibility over the OTS development scope, annual maintenance and budget
- Responsible for training, mentoring and assessing the panel trainers in shifts and developing their trainer skills further
- Responsible for final competence verification for shift technicians
- Create and develop instructions, guidelines and procedures
- Coach, train, instruct and assess, record the trainers and trainees performance
- Organizing, coordinating and developing the use of simulators in cooperation with the line operating personnel.
- Define, create and continuously develop operator training simulator scenarios, templates and minimum requirements for all training scenarios
- Contact point for Porvoo simulator team and simulator developer
- Accountable for training content updating, process development and maintain (scenarios, e-learnings)

You will ensure the high quality development work done by simulator developers/NES modellers: solutions developed to modelling challenges reflects the operating practices._ _You will report to Manager, competence development in Singapore.
