**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assists with the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.
- Recruiting for WWT's core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable
- Understand company's policies and benefits.
- Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
- Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Effectively communicate with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
- Miscellaneous projects as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 2-7+ years' experience in Recruiting
- Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
