Quality Inspector

**Quality Inspector**:
Requirement for a Quality Inspector to perform quality testing procedures for 3D printing material formulation and testing according to established ISO 13485 protocols at Structo Pte. Ltd. Structo is a Singapore-based technology company making high-end 3D printers and materials for the dental industry with business across 4 continents. We have a team of 100 over full-time staff in various positions across hardware, materials and software disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular and timely quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and inspection of various operation activities as per business needs.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations and ensure proper part segregation.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare product to the specifications.
- Perform documentation review of incoming materials.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Process non-conformance report for products found to be out of specifications.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Recommend improvements to the receiving process to ensure quality control

**Requirements**:

- NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Course (Mech, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or equivalent)
- 1 Year of relevant experience in roles and responsibilities provided
- Basic Microsoft Office skills. Can be able to generate simple work instructions and presentation report.
- Prior Experience in Equipment / Process Troubleshooting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to learn new equipment/instrument process / operation skills.
- Basic knowledge to use common measurement tools / gauges e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Feeler gauges, etc.
- Ability to draft Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for non-complex parts.
