**About the role**

This role will be reporting to the Assistant HR Manager and be required to execute and take ownership of PRISM+ talent search and engagement strategy. Which includes employer branding as well as full spectrum of talent acquisition process.

- Manage and execute full spectrum talent acquisition activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Prepare offer letters for new hires
- Updating of Employee Tracker for new hires
- Arrange pre-employment screening (medical, background & NIR) and compulsory training courses (CSOC or trade certification courses)
- Application of work pass for foreign workers
- Partner the hiring managers to define and scope the profiles and responsibilities to meet the hiring needs as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
- Manage talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (eg: Manage and post the job advertisements)
- Develop monitoring tools to set the global benchmarks and metrics, analyse hiring data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring operations and report to the management team. Prepare weekly and monthly manpower dashboard and reports.
- Organize and participate in external job fairs (eg: e2i)
- Partner with education institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programs.
- Assist & participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding with prior experience in Employment Practices and Regulations is required.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet objectives and deadlines independently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Infotech HRIS and MS office programs (eg: strong knowledge of mail merge, v-lookup, pivot table).
