**Salary Range**: SGD $2,600 - $3,200/month (Depending on qualifications & experience)

**About the Role**:
We are a specialized optometry retail center that also provide vision therapy. We are looking for a caring, observant, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Vision Therapist**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one vision therapy sessions with patients (mainly children) following structured treatment plans.
- Assist in vision assessments under the guidance of an optometrist.
- Record patient progress and provide regular feedback to the clinical team.
- Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and outcomes.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging therapy environment.
- Help prepare therapy tools, maintain records, and manage scheduling as needed.
- Assist with the operation in a retail setting

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **any field**(Healthcare, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood, or Education is a bonus—but not required).
- No prior experience in vision therapy needed— **training will be provided**.
- **Patient, empathetic**, and genuinely enjoys working with children and young adults.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be comfortable conducting therapy in English (other language skills such as Chinese are a plus).
