- We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and energetic Principal Research Centre Coordinator capable of delivering exceptional administrative and business functions within a newly formed Centre for Research Excellence for Frailty (Improving the Care of Frail Patients Across Different Disciplines).

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervises and/or coordinates the efficient and effective functioning of the administrative and financial processes and procedures-
- Works autonomously to anticipate, initiate and manage administrative and business-requirements which support the allocated function/department-
- Applies specialist knowledge when planning and implementing administrative and business systems, processes and protocols-
- Identify and build relationships/partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support the operational outcomes of the function-
- Coordinates a wide range of committee and governance activities, including the implementation of governance and committee structures, protocols and operating procedures, as well as organising local and national meetings and events-
- Provides high-level administrative and business policy and planning advice to stakeholders, as relevant to the role and function of the office-
- Designs, implement, documents, and reviews procedures which accord with policies, procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements- Code of Conduct

About You- A degree with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training-
- Demonstrated skills in providing a high level of customer service, including effective interpersonal skills and diverse stakeholder engagement experience-
- The ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and meet deadlines-
- High level business and/or administration skills-
- A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Highly effective organisational, time management and problem solving skills-
- Supervisory skills-
- Working knowledge of University administrative systems, policies and procedures or the capacity to rapidly acquire this knowledge.What We Can Offer
- This is a full-time (100%) fixed-term position through to late 2027 at HEW level 7.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $90,538.40 to $98,719.38 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $105,929.93 to $115,501.67 per annum.

The following flexible employment options may be available for this role: part time/job share; some working from home; variable start or finish times; compressed hours; purchased leave; flex-time.
