- Monthly HSEQA Reports between vessels and office.
- Planning and arranging of shore staff trainings and updating of SMS Matrix.
- Delivery arrangements of logbooks to vessels and the planning of printing stock.
- Recording and filing of Quarterly Meeting Reviews, Crew / Vessel / Customer Feedbacks, Document Change Requests.
- Quarterly Masters’ Reviews.
- SRS / ART - weekly visiting vessel in Singapore.
- Recording and filing of HSE Fleet Statistics, SIRE, FSC, PSC, Incident Trackers.
- Recording and scheduling of lifeboat lowering drills.
- Non-PO Invoices (sending to Esker directly).
- New vendor creation in SAP MDG.
- Monitoring assigned individual KPI which is made available within the HR Success Factor dashboard and review the result on a periodical manner.
- A similar work experience or adequate sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships and safety operations onboard.
- Basic computer skills of MS Office Suite.
- Basic communication skills.
- Knowledge on administrative duties including invoicing, logistics, courier and parcel bookings.
