- Support the set up of internal and external reporting systems and processes, policy & SOP relating to banking business, with a focus on the Bank’s treasury management system
- Monitor treasury trades and its position and provide accounting / reporting support to the treasury team.
- Perform P&L reconciliation between Treasury Reports vs General Ledger and investigate any unexpected daily movement.
- Provide insightful analysis to help the business efficiently manage its balance sheet
- Manage the accounting close process for the banking business to ensure high quality accounting accuracy, timely and meaningful reporting, and compliance to local GAAP, US GAAP, SEC and SOX requirements
- Identify opportunities for process and controls improvements and execute on them to raise operational efficiency and enhance quality of reported financials

**Job Requirements**:

- 2 - 4 years of relevant banking experience and/or in Big 4 external audit of banking are desired
- Degree in Accountancy or recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA etc.)
- Knowledge of Treasury related products or direct experience in Treasury products is a plus
- Familiar with local GAAP, knowledge of US GAAP and SEC listing rules is a plus
- Ability to translate business requirements into financial analysis and projections
- Familiar with MAS reporting and compliance requirements
- Willing to work in demanding dynamic environment
- System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
