Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure functionality of our Ecommerce by performing regular website checks
- Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
- Competitor monitoring and suggestions on improvements for a pleasant customer experience
- Ensure product listing information is consistent
- Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to partner's request of assistance
- Advise clear and accurate information based enquiries.
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
- Follow-up on cases as necessary

Ad-hoc duties such as documentation, and any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design, Multimedia and other related courses
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in various e-comm platform/system
- Proficient in MS Office Skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active, self-driven and result oriented
- Good team player
