RETAIL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR OR ASST. MANAGER

1. Able to follow up and complete tasks and projects given by Superiors and Management in a timely manner within the deadlines given.

2. Work together with the Operations & Administration team to handle and maintain full spectrum of Retail Operations duties and job scopes, including scheduling, retail planning, merchandise display etc, to ensure daily retail operations are smooth and without hiccups.

3. Support & coordinate daily sales administration work and order processing. Ensure daily retail operations are smooth and without mistake or hiccups.

4. Communicate with customers, colleagues and management in their orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updates and ensure that processes are smooth and without mistake or hiccups.

5. Handles Retail Operations related accounts such as POS, Invoices, receipts and review for accuracy with no mistakes.

6. Able to do inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the POS within 6 months.

7. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.

8. Have critical thinking and devise and implement good Retail Operations processes or methods to simplify or smoothen the Retail Operations matters of the company in areas that are lacking.

9. Achieve individual outcomes and contribute to team’s group goals for the year by ensuring smoothness of Retail Operations functions in the company.

10. Itemize, follow through and complete each task within given budget and deadlines.

11. Have excellent customer service and good work attitude.

12. Contribute to team efforts to achieve Mid-Autumn targets.

13. Contribute to team efforts to achieve CNY targets.

14. Adhere to and follow the company’s hiring process and company’s policies.

15. Aligned with Company’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

16. Strong dedication and responsibility to work.

17. Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities the Management assign to you.
