**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Service Crew is responsible to maintain and deliver service excellence in the outlet at all times. Preparation Partner ensures food are prepared and cooked before operations hours. Food Service Partner takes orders, makes recommendations, answers queries on meal items and serves order to customers. Cashier prepares the bill that itemizes total order costs and sales taxes and performs cashiering duties. Service Crew may be required to rotated their job role and function in the outlet to support the operations flow.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

- Ensure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner
- Cultivate productivity and innovative mindset
- Interact with and serve food to customer
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Maintain food production and service environment.
- Ensure no foreign objects in all food ingredient
- Ensure food and ingredients products are use and sell according to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines
- Project a positive and professional image in accordance to Stuff’d guidelines
- Maintain high personal standards in both presentation and work habits
- Light cooking and making of wraps/salads
- Ensure stock control is maintained and rotated
- Maintain team working and friendly atmosphere
- Follow company security procedures
- Cleaning and maintaining of outlet
- Manage retail and online order
- Provide go-the-extra-mile service
- Ensure and maintain hazard free environment
- Respond to service challenges
- Manage the customer experience thru different platform, by encouraging social media reviews and ratings
- Use essential features of a POS (Point of Sale)

Stuff’d is a quick casual restaurant franchise headquartered in Singapore that serves freshmade kebabs, burritos, salads and bowls. It was founded in 2014 by CEO Adrian Ang with a deliberate focus on healthiness. We have since expanded to become the largest Burrito and Kebab QSR chain in Singapore.
