**Job Description**:
**WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?**
- Promote products to travelling customers to achieve personal and counter sales targets
- Represent the brand at counter and educate the customer on the brand’s unique philosophies
- Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing prompt, polite and personable service at all times
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, queries and product returns
- Understand customers’ skin type/concerns and advise them on selecting products that suit them best (if applicable)
- Perform stock-taking duties and replenish inventory to maintain stock
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene of display units, testers and counters/stores
- Manage visual merchandising with Airport Coordinators and display counters according to current/upcoming marketing themes
- Carry oneself in a way that represents the brand well and is respectful of the brand image
- Work closely with supervisor and team mates to achieve counter sales targets

**Qualifications**
- Passionate in skincare/ makeup/ haircare /fragrance
- Aggressive in sales
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers of various nationalities
- Open to working shift hours at Changi Airport
- Well-groomed with a clean and crisp image
- Past experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, travel or any service-focus industries welcome
