**Role and Requirements**

We’re looking for a dry cleaning and laundry facility operational manager to work closely with the founder in overseeing daily operations at our dry cleaning facility. This role is facility-focused, ensuring seamless operations—from washing and drying to quality control and customer service. You will also serve as a key manager who helps drive improvements and scale the business. Occasional support for delivery logistics may be required, but this role is primarily on-site and partner in nature.

1. **Facility Operations**:

- Oversee daily laundry operations including washing, drying, sorting, tagging, and packing. Ensure garment care standards and cleanliness protocols are met. Support workflow planning and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.

2. **Inventory & Documentation**:

- Track incoming and outgoing orders accurately and maintain inventory of laundry supplies. Coordinate with customer service team to ensure special instructions or issues are addressed.

3. **Team Support**:

- Act as the operational go-to leader who lead by example —troubleshoot issues, manage peak demand, and implement SOPs. Train and guide new team members or part-time workers as needed.

4. **Backup Logistics (Occasional)**:

- Support pickup and delivery logistics in the driver’s absence. Help ensure route schedules are maintained and customers receive timely service.

5. **Strategic Operations**:

- Work with founder to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale operations. Contribute to long-term planning including expansion, resource planning, and customer satisfaction. Assist in the development and supporting of new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our growth strategy. Co-lead manpower effort to build a strong and capable team.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in dry cleaning, laundry, facility operations, or related fields.
- Strategic and hands-on; comfortable leading small teams and managing day-to-day workflow.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, team player and able to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial and has start up experience, willingness to drive grow and committed to improve the business outcomes.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Positive, responsible and committed to high standards.
- Willingness to support business development and recruitment to scale operations effectively and efficiently.
