You will be part of HPB’s Strategic Operations Department within the Youth Preventive Services (YPS). This position will be responsible for supporting the management of YPS’ service and operational matters with both internal and external stakeholders, with the aim to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery and business processes. The ultimate aim is to provide a professional service to satisfy patient needs.

You will be part of HPB’s Strategic Operations Department within the Youth Preventive Services (YPS). This position will be responsible for supporting the management of YPS’ service and operational matters with both internal and external stakeholders, with the aim to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery and business processes. The ultimate aim is to provide a professional service to satisfy patient needs.
**What You Can expect**
As a part of the Strategic Operations Department, you will assist in initiatives to improve the customer journey and experience. You will monitor incoming feedback, conduct investigations to improve the feedback resolution workflows, participate in editing of communication materials, as well as organise Focus Group Events for staff and stakeholders. You will also conduct literature research on materials in preparation of Brown Bag Sessions to seek out industry best practices and feasibility of adoption to YPS operations, and help organise staff engagement sessions for innovation initiatives and topics. Last but not least, you will support the division’s review in staff & vendors competency checks and audit frameworks, in collaboration with team representatives to develop a consistent approach in maintaining staff and vendors’ service standards.
