Fieldwork Surveyor

**Job Title: Field interviewer/surveyors, Research Operations** Location: Changi Airport Airside A 6 months contract (including 1 month probation) Option to renew for other roles $13/hr, shift hour: 0600 - 1800 **Job Scope** - Observe and record flight timing and information into tablet - May be required to approach respondents to obtain their feedback (Up to 5 questions only) - Able to handle respondents’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely **Job requirements and expectations** - Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably - Proficient in the use of iPad/Android Tablet - Past experience in customer service would be beneficial - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (breaks are provided) - Able to commit at least 20 days a month, including 5 weekend days **About us** Welcome to the Insights Table.
