We are looking to hire an **PMO / Project Support Specialist **for our client in Singapore which is a top **global investment bank **. He/she will be based in Singapore and supporting technology projects based in Singapore & Taiwan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create incredible Keynote and MS PowerPoint for biweekly, monthly technology and business stakeholder presentations, Projects portfolio decks and materials, proposals, rich in detail, and other high-level design elements
- Manage portfolio level for COO office, including tracking project financials, headcounts, contracts, governance, reporting
- Format, design, and transform rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, or Word documents into visually pleasing MS PowerPoint presentations
- Develop related graphics such as timelines, infographics, diagrams, charts, and custom graphics within MS PowerPoint as per stakeholders' requirements
- Follow creative direction, work in group dynamics, and actively participate in any given deliverable or team to which assigned
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and solid typing skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement and results
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
- Outstanding customer orientation, openness to give and receive feedback
- Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours in case of urgent deadlines. In frequent.
- Experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is an advantage but is not required

**Requirements**:

- At least 4-5 years of relevant PMO / Project support experience in technology related projects
- Possess past experience tracking project financials, headcounts, contracts, governance, reporting
- Past experience in presentation support role with the ability to translate text into visual designs (graphs, infographics, timelines)
- Proficiency in Chinese & English to interact with project stakeholders in Taiwan
- Facility with other software (e.g., Word and Excel, Photoshop, Canva or InDesign)
- Very desirable if experience in collaboration tools like confluence set up and update, JIRA and Sharepoint management.
