**About the Role**

SHEIN’s Corporate Communications team is looking to bring on board a highly motivated, seasoned public relations manager to join its global team of comms professionals in building out and driving the SHEIN messaging wheelhouse and narrative across the 150 countries and territories we serve.

The role requires an independent contributor with excellent writing skills, a strategic mindset and a big spark of creativity.

You would have deep, hands-on experience, either in-house or at a PR agency, developing content for multiple channels, strategically responding to media queries, managing cross-border crisis and leading large
- and small-scale comms projects, all in a fast-paced, lean-team environment. Experience managing and operating media and social media monitoring tools across geographies is a plus. Experience developing content for ESG comms is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support SHEIN’s corporate positioning and profiling.
- Develop strategic corporate communications content across channels to strengthen SHEIN’s position as a leader in the industry.
- Develop, manage and monitor Executive profiles and thought leadership content
- Create content to live across internal, owned and paid channels.
- Project manage media opportunities with third-party partners, overseeing content development through to execution.
- Partner closely with internal teams to story mine and elevate content for internal and external communications.
- Manage PR strategy for special projects (e.g. Sustainability and Social Impact reporting).
- Work closely with the PR agency of record to meet KPIs across all projects where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any of the following fields: Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Media Studies, Journalism, or other relevant courses
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant roles
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong self-starter and proactive attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and deliver high-quality results
