You will drive and Improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency.

In your new role you will:

- Responsible and maintain a group of **Final Test Equipment**:

- Drive and Improve **equipment uptime performance **to achieve target **equipment efficiency**:

- Drive and implement **maintenance cost, quality & yield improvement project **.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain **equipment stability**:

- **Equipment spare part management**:

- Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor maintenance team to develop strong skill maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum **2 years **' experience and knowledge in **Test Equipment**:

- **Technically sound **and strong desire to build up technical competency
- Passionate in problem solving and hands on
- **Project management **experience and proactive communicator to provide timely update to various stakeholder
