- Responsible for smooth running of operations daily, including answering enquiries, inventory management and crowd management.
- Create a delightful customer experience for all guests.
- Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Participate in the Technical and Safety trainings necessary for your role in the overall event.
- Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing tasks.
- Any other tasks allocated to you by the management which may not be specified in this Job Description but are within your competencies

**Requirements**:

- Must be responsible and stick to the work roster (this may include weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly and outgoing disposition.
- Great communication skills.
