**Job Highlights** - Professional Growth in FMCG - Competitive salary + 13th month - Very attractive yearly bonus based on new sales - Close to MRT *** We are looking for an experienced sales executive to help us expand our reach in the international markets and in Singapore, and help us take our business to the next level. **JOB DESCRIPTION** - Generate new sales leads - Familiarize with all products and services offered by our company. - Procure new clients through direct contact, social media, trade fairs. - Develop market strategies and sales action plan to achieve sales and profitability target - Attend trade activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. - Gather market information on customer’s activities, projects and sales forecasts - Negotiate with clients to secure contracts - Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. - Meet customer acquisition targets - Meet sales revenue targets - Prepare sales presentation deck - Follow and update regularly Social Media pages - Any other duties assigned by management **JOB REQUIREMENTS** - Possess Diploma / Degree marketing, business administration or similar with least 2 years Sales Experiences in related field. - Neat, well-groomed appearance. - Proven track-record in Sales and Business Development in consultative selling and customer account management in related field. - Possess strong customer service skills - Good negotiation skills - Must be able create good presentation decks - Excellent interpersonal skills - Detail oriented and an active listener - Ability to work under pressure - Resourceful and flexible approach to work and a team player. - Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin to build contacts with potential English and Mandarin speaking clients to create new business opportunities - Use of Photoshop or graphic programs is an important plus. **COMPANY OVERVIEW** Through IRIS GROUP we bring the expertise and knowledge of the Italian coffee industry together with the partnership of leading companies in capsule manufacturing and filling.
