**Site Supervisor**
- Salary - $2.5K - $2.8k depending on work experience
- Work hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5pm, Sat 8:30 - 12pm
- Office: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A

**Our company is a known supplier in the construction industry with over 40 years of history. Working with the big developers we supply gondolas and BMUs for their construction projects. Due to expansion, we are seeking for a site supervisor to join our team.**

**Job scope**
- Oversees whole operation team on site by carrying out day to day site activities including supervision of workers and coordinating with client’s staff
- Able to handle certifications (MOM, AE, PE, COS)
- Prepare Delivery orders and ensure it is approved by respective clients
- Execution of work and reporting of project work progress to Operations Manager.
- Managing work schedule and resolving any disputes with workers
- Ensure work is carried out within allocated time schedule while following safety protocols and maintaining quality
- Coordinate with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth transition of works
- Keep daily site records for manpower, materials and work status
- Attend necessary site/internal meetings when required as well as client feedback or complaints
- Other ad-hoc duties when required

**Requirements**:

- Able to read CAD Drawings is essential
- Previous experience in commercial/residential tower projects
- Holds a Class 3 licence is an advantage
