Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Presales Architect (Infrastructure) to collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams in designing innovative cloud infrastructure solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure solutions, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Ideal for professionals with logical and analytical thinking skills, the position offers an opportunity to work with AWS native services and support strategic pre-sales activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis**:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and assess infrastructure needs.
**Solution Design and Proposal Development**:
Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure solutions leveraging AWS services.
Prepare detailed solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
Address RFPs and RFIs with clear, concise, and compelling technical responses.
**Technical Presentations and Demonstrations**:
Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients.
Highlight the value proposition of AWS infrastructure services and integrations.
**Collaboration with Sales and Delivery Teams**:
Partner with sales teams to develop and execute account strategies.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with execution plans.
**Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure Services**:
Design solutions using core AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, VPC, EKS, ECS, RDS, and CloudFormation.
Provide insights on hybrid cloud setups, migrations, and container orchestration solutions.
**Exploring AWS and Generative AI Innovations**:
Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and integrate Generative AI innovations into infrastructure solutions where applicable.
Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance solution delivery and automation processes.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or pre-sales engineering.
Deep understanding of AWS services, with practical experience in designing cloud infrastructure solutions.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration tools like ECS, EKS, and hybrid cloud architectures.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) are highly preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong problem solving skills and infrastructure knowledge are encouraged to apply.
**Preferred Skills**:
Proven track record in pre-sales, including responding to RFPs and creating technical proposals.
Experience with AWS cloud environments (Azure or GCP) is a plus
Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
