**Key responsibilities - Research Officer**
ImmunoScape is looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Research Officer. He or she will be part of the Discovery team and will be given responsibility to support the identification and characterization of novel TCRs to grow the company pipeline of assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Biological sample handling and processing
- Sample staining and acquisition or sorting by mass cytometry and/or flow cytometry
- Sample processing and library preparation for single cell sequencing
- Primary data analysis
- Document experimental procedures and data analysis
- Participate in lab maintenance and housekeeping
**Required qualifications and skills**
- At least 3 years of lab experience preferred
- Proficient in molecular biology techniques, ideally with prior experience in library preparation for next generation sequencing
- Good knowledge in cell biology, maintenance of cell lines
- Prior hands-on experience in immune profiling including flow and/or mass cytometry is highly preferred
- Experience in handling biological materials (human PBMC, human tissue samples)
- Readiness to learn new experimental techniques
- Ability and readiness to trouble-shoot independently and by accepting advise from peers and supervisors
- Rigorous and accountable way of working
- Accurate data documentation and reporting
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent team player, independent, self-driven with good interpersonal skills
