**XT.COM is a comprehensive trading platform that supports 100+ high-quality currencies and 300 trading pairs. It has a rich variety of transactions such as currency transactions, leveraged transactions, OTC transactions, contract transactions, and credit card purchases. Provide users with the safest, most efficient and professional digital asset investment services.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes
- Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access cards, etc.
- Point of contact (internal) for all building maintenance and office administration issues
- Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters
- Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle employee welfare such as the ordering refreshments, assisting in bookings of restaurants, etc
- Coordinate (obtaining and renewing) government authorization for office operations in the premises whenever necessary
- In charge of company safety matters
- In charge of company cleaning maintenance and contract
- Support the pre and onboarding process for new hires (visa, laptop, contracts etc)
- Organise and communicate key events, town halls and team bonding initiatives across SEA
- Manage simple accounts, manage petty cash, staff reimbursement, process payment to suppliers, etc
- Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, filing, phone calls, collect/sort/distribute letters, liaising with despatch / courier, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- College degree or above, at least 3 years experience in any field
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Understand business etiquette, cheerful personality, good image and temperament, good communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, active, enthusiastic, responsible, with certain ability to work under pressure.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
