Requirement:

Task and Duties
2. Order management (General & Medical related items)
3. Help with inventory control
4. Replenish and make sure all items in the clinic are able to be used
5. General office work and record keeping
6. Open, stamp appropriately and distribute in-coming mail.
8. Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls from supplier
9. Liaise with vendors, suppliers and hospitals as required.
10. Completing tasks within regulatory compliance
11. Assist and coordinate with Operation, Human Resources, or the Marketing Team
12. Assist the Operation Team to set patient appointment
13. Assist the Operation Team by assuming role as a dispenser
15. Prepare bills/invoices for patient; ensure billing is accurate.
16. Perform banking duties as assigned.
17. Prepare closing report and send to respective shareholders
18. Creating daily, weekly or monthly sales and operation related reports accurately.
19. Prepare claims for insurance companies.
20. Providing technical support to smoothen the operation.
21. Knowledge of computer operating system and MS Office Software.
22. Familiarize with clinic system to support clinic operation.
24. Attend and participate in clinic’s in-house training.
25. Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Clinic Manager.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Able to type documents as required with high level of accuracy
2. Able to adhere to clinic’s policies and procedures on infection control practices.
3. Able to perform duties in the spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
4. Respond to emergencies accordingly.
5. Able to maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to the business information and plans
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Able to work as part of a team
8. High-level written and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
