The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and analysis of product marketing initiatives and games to drive user acquisition, engagement, and/or retention
- Work closely with multiple teams, including Regional Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to develop and execute user experience features, ensure smooth delivery of games.
- Drive marketing campaigns around games through coordination with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Business Intelligence, and other marketing functions (e.g social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic design)
- Define customer needs and products specifications with Singapore marketing team to propose, initiate, and plan the roll-out of new in-game features and games
- Communicate the value of new games to internal teams and create product content to educate both internal and external stakeholders about user flow
- Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
- Track and analyse the performance of existing games, and evaluate new initiatives to optimise and achieve commercial objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience, commercial and/or product marketing role would be a bonus
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fast and self-motivated learner with a keen eye for detail
- Team player who is not afraid of hands-on execution in a dynamic environment
- Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management would be a bonus
- Passion for playing games across multiple genres, particularly mobile games would be an added bonus
